Looking north from the previous spot. The area at left where the hi-rail trucks are parked is where the first (and second) Beaver River station once stood, before burring down in 1940. Many residenst of Beaver River own hi-rail trucks and hold operating permits to travel the tracks from Big Moose to access their camps. There are no roads to Beaver River. |
